Terms of Service

Studio PDF PRO is owned, operated, and billed by Digitist FZC LLC.

1. The service

Studio PDF PRO (“the Service”) is a client-side document toolkit. All processing occurs on your device.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at $10/month or $79/year, with a 7-day free trial. Your bank statement will display STUDIOPDFPRO.COM. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. Ownership & licensing

The Service, including its compiled processing bundle, is proprietary and licensed, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the bundle.

4. Operator

The Service is owned, operated, and billed by Digitist FZC LLC, United Arab Emirates.
